Houston Juvenile Lawyer Jim Sullivan got his juvenile client’s possession of marihuana case dismissed in the 315th District Court without a trial setting. Sullivan told the prosecutor that the evidence did not link his client to the marihuana and that if he did not dismiss the case then he would take it to trial. The prosecutor did the right thing and dismissed it.
